Lightning

Lightning

I cannot remember just how many nights I’ve spent out of doors as a child. The many evenings I spent prowling around my yard and neighborhood when the day was done and the sun had retired for the night. Day was my time to be in school, so out of doors was relegated to recess and running to or from the bus stop. I spent more time outside than in because outside was freedom. I was free to explore. To be The Shadow or the Incredible Hulk. To be Evil Knievel or Starsky and Hutch. Well, not Starsky and Hutch. Read more »

The Return of Reign: My Reflection

The Return of Reign: My Reflection

That’s right, I’m still alive! It’s been a while and my how I have missed our little talks. I’ve had a lot of time to think and contemplate on a lot of things… I’ve done a lot of introspection and reevaluated my dreams, goals and aspirations. I taken several steps toward knowing myself better, while simultaneously finding that I still have a lot to learn. Life has a funny way of forcing you to make forward movements when you just don’t see yourself being ready to make those steps on your own… I’ve learned and grown, and I’m going to Read more »

What makes you ask?

What makes you ask?

It seemed that if all I needed to know in life could be taught in kindergarten I was good to go when I was handed my pushpin to hang the poster. After all, I’d finished kindergarten hadn’t I?
